The Lush Cake Co. Craft Bakery Ltd. opened in 2011 and is independently owned by Mel Curran, a 5th generation baker.

Known for making fresh products in view of the customers, discerning shoppers can watch, chat, ask questions! With five generations of recipes to draw on, you will always find quality products that taste like they did in the good old days!

The ethos of The Lush Cake Co. starts with taste and quality. We care about our baked goods, and refuse to use anything less than the best.

We love baking and want to share our passion, knowledge and information with our customers.  Whether that's through our hands-on baking courses or children's parties, the in-store information boards or if you just want to come in and enjoy some of our fabulous foods or order your next celebration cake.
